V recepci hotelu o nasi rezervaci vubec nevedeli! Meli jsme stesti,ze byl hotel poloprazdny. Jinak je docela "vybydleny"potreboval by udrzbu. Popis a vzhled hotelu na internetovych strankach neodpovida skutecnosti.

Our answer: The manager of the hotel Amphone promised to paint up all rooms through spring 2007. Changing of the furniture is in the pipeline with the hotel owner.

The hotel was generally fine and what I expected for the price. However the staff were not as helpful as they could be - they couldnt tell us how to get to the airport and seemed frustrated with us asking them questions.
Our answer: We informed the hotel manager about mentioned problems with hotel staff. The chief desk clerk will appeal the staff to be politer and more helpful in the communication.

I have to state that the Hotel Amphone in Brno is not worthy of the tourist classification of three stars, it shoul have only two.
